At Les Récoltants, everything is based on a virtuous circle that connects the farm, the kitchen and the land.
Our vegetables grow in living soils, just a stone's throw away. We cook them in their entirety, without waste. And what's left goes back to nourish the soil through our compost.

"I loved this place on Rue Sainte-Colombe! From the outside, it looks like the dining room is quite small, but you should know that the restaurant stretches lengthwise and has another very spacious room at the back. I chose a buckwheat seed dahl with a perfectly cooked egg, along with a homemade ginger, apple, and carrot juice. I absolutely loved it!"
