At Les Récoltants, we chose not to freeze our menu. The heart of our project is to adapt to harvests, season after season, and to products available at the moment from our partner producers and in our fields. Every day, our entirely homemade cuisine reinvents itself based on arrivals, to offer a fresh, living, and sincere menu.
Our cuisine defends local peasant farming. Simple and sincere but not simplistic, it is guided by the quality of the products we work with. Here, everything is local, with no intermediaries between your plate and the field.
